Life is stressful. Between work, school, family and friends, there's always a lot going on. Taking a break and getting away from everything can be a great way to relax, and who doesn't love a vacation?
A lot can go into planning a vacation. Booking flights, hotels, transportation, etc. This causes many to avoid spontaneous travel plans, which in my opinion can be one of the most fun ways to travel. I'm going to show you a great tool that can often help inspire my travel plans.
Skyscanner.com is a fantastic website to search for flights. It often has the lowest possible price, but it also has a unique feature that really makes me love the site. When searching for flights, it allows you to simply put "Everywhere".
So for example, say next weekend you want to go somewhere. It doesn't have to be incredibly far, but you're not sure where. If you select everywhere, a menu will come up showing you options and prices.
Now say you want to stay within the United States, you select that option at the top and a separate menu comes up with the cheapest destinations from your city.
Now you can see the cheapest destinations from your preferred city! This is a cool feature if you know you want to get away, but don't have a specific destination in mind. It's also a great way to help you save money by comparing cities. If you ever need travel inspiration, head to skyscanner.com!
